My name is Marek Doyle and I have spent the last 18 years reconciling the data from 3,500+ patient outcomes and 12,000+ test results to build a model of personalized nutrition. I aim to identify of the varying root causes among different patient groups and provide answers that are backed by data, not dogma. I have been featured by range of media (such as Sky Sports, the Daily Mail, Mens Health and Marie Claire) and see clients from my clinic in central London.
My early work focused heavily on the athlete population and my results in rapid weight loss soon saw a growing number of referrals. However, I then began to encounter mixed results, which prompted the dual questions that would underpin all my research until the present day: what is stopping certain individuals from responding the way they should to interventions? and what should I do about it?

Then as now, I conducted countless trials, tests and statistical analyses. With each and every improvement in my model, I recorded further improvement in the results. This process was then propelled by my own challenges, which enforced a change in perspective; a 2007 slump had demonstrated what was missing in the mainstream model, a second in 2012 showed me what was missing in my own.
I lean on this model when screening clients and when assessing test results, to determine which stage you are at in the journey (and whether you have a ‘fair’ chance of responding to interventions), what imbalances are the rate-limiting factors in your wellbeing, and when to apply the required changes in your case.
